Return & Refund Policy
At Royal Cotton, we are committed to delivering high-quality fabrics through both our physical locations and our online store. Due to the nature of textile products, we maintain a clear and fair return policy that balances quality assurance with industry standards.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase

The fabric is unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
Fabrics sold by length are prepared specifically for each order and therefore cannot be returned once cut, unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified.

Used, washed, altered, or cut fabrics

Discounted or clearance items

Products returned after the inspection period

Orders affected by natural variations in colour, weave, or texture inherent to textiles
Return Process
Customers must contact our support team with the order or purchase reference and clear images of the issue. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Refunds

In-Store Purchases
Return eligibility for in-store purchases follows the same quality conditions and must be supported by a valid receipt.
